Emberville Official Links: Website, Store, YouTube and Community
Emberville has no standalone site: the official link points to cygnuscross.com. Every official channel, what each is for, and how to spot a fake.

Start with the thing most people get wrong: Emberville has no standalone game website.
The “Visit the website” link on the Steam page points to the studio site, cygnuscross.com. Opening embervillegame.com renders the same site.
Every official announcement comes out of the Steam news hub and the official YouTube channel.

All of these come from the link section on the Steam store page, not from our own search.
Which channel answers which question
- Date, price, languages, specs: the store page only. Those fields update the moment anything changes.
- Formal announcements (dates, cast, systems): the Steam news hub and official YouTube publish them together.
- The developer’s own explanations: the official YouTube Q&As are the longest primary source, and they contain design detail the store page never carries.
- Questions and feedback: official Discord and the official subreddit.
- Event news and quick updates: X and Bluesky.
How to tell an official account
Three rules:
- Start from the Steam store page link section. Every official channel is there. Don’t arrive via a search result or a repost.
- The domain is cygnuscross.com. A different domain posing as the official site is a strong signal it isn’t.
- Watch for lookalike third-party sites. Several Emberville wiki sites with similar names exist. They’re independent projects with no connection to Cygnus Cross.
How to get notified at launch
Both stores use wishlists:
- On the Steam page, click Add to your wishlist.
- On the GOG page, click Wishlist it.
The platforms notify you when buying opens. That’s the most reliable channel right now, because there’s no mailing list.
